I'll start by saying that the work clearly speaks for itself - when we discovered our issues in our basement, 11 different people asked if we talked to Mr. Basement, unprompted! When we discovered a shift in our block foundation that resulted in water leaking into our basement on the Saturday before Easter, we called and were so grateful to hear from Rob that our house wasn't going to fall down 😂 they were so efficient in getting us a quote and getting on top of the work. They dug us out, redid our drain tile, shifted our blocks in the foundation to straighten the wall and re-grouted, installed 26 beams to support the wall, tarred the outside, filled with gravel, and topped with dirt and grass seed. They even re-concreted and did beautiful work, all in 5 days. And we are so thankful for the efficient, undisruptive, and excellent work they did!
